Pillar II — Precision CNC Processing & Fabrication

Fiber Laser, Bending & Welding

High-speed 2D flatbed laser, 3D multi-axis rotary tube laser, servo press brakes & turnkey weldments — direct CAD-to-part execution (.DXF / .STEP / .IGES).

Fiber laser cutting
2D Flatbed & 3D Rotary Tube Fiber Laser

On flat sheets, high-density solid-state laser beams cut Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass, and Copper with mirror-smooth vertical edges and minimal Heat-Affected Zones. Our 3D Rotary Tube Laser replaces sawing, milling, drilling, and deburring in a single setup — executing fish-mouth miters, self-locking tab-and-slot joints, and bolt-hole patterns across structural pipes and open profiles up to 6000 mm long.

Hot alkaline degreasing strips rolling oils at 55–65°C; acid derusting removes mill scale and weld heat-tint; Ti-salt activation grows a fine, dense phosphate crystal layer; tricationic zinc phosphating bonds a micro-crystalline conversion layer — sealed, DI-rinsed, electrostatically sprayed and cured for 1,000+ hours ASTM B117 salt-spray resistance.

450°C Molten SHG Zinc

99.995% pure Special High Grade zinc, total immersion.

01

Alkaline Caustic Degreasing

Heated alkaline bath (60°C – 75°C)

Strips cutting fluids, oil, grease, and shop markings from fabricated steel.

02

Acid Pickling (HCl + Inhibitor)

Dilute hydrochloric acid at ambient temperature with fume suppression

Dissolves mill scale, iron oxides, and rust without over-etching base steel.

03

Dual Agitated Water Rinse

Two-stage counter-current water bath

Flushes dissolved iron salts and residual acid prior to pre-fluxing.

04

Pre-Fluxing (ZAC Solution)

Zinc Ammonium Chloride

Deposits protective salt film ahead of immersion in the 450°C molten zinc kettle.

HDG forms intermetallic Zinc-Iron alloy layers (Gamma, Delta, Zeta) capped by an impact-absorbing Eta layer — harder than base mild steel — with 360° hollow coverage and sacrificial cathodic protection lasting 25 to 50+ years.
